Like when you bring your awareness to your feet, then up to your knees, and feel your awareness moving throughout your body.

For this masturbating technique, while you are physically masturbating, you also bring your awareness to the same action, and think as if you are (being a guy) using your awareness to stroke your dick while you also do it physically. You can also bring your awareness to your prostate and use your awareness to rub your prostate while you jerk off.

For some reason this worked extremely well for me. Has anyone else had any experiences with this type of masturbation?
