Failed to register why
Hello, you have to explain your problem in detail.
Also make sure that your email you are using to register does not contain special characters because we capture your email as your username. The username can only contain letters and numbers only. |

Why can't l log in
Hello, make sure that you have verified your email. An email verification link from uID was sent to your email and prompts to click on the email verification link. Check your social folder or spam folder for this link.
Also make sure that your password does not contain special characters. Password must have only numbers and letters. |
